[Dshieldannounce] Feature Update: myreports.php

  I added the ability to filter the 'myreports' page by target/source
ip and port. I also added a small pie chart breaking down the reports
by target port, source network (/16) and targetip.

   have fun.

BTW: In case you are not submitting logs and wonder what you are
missing, log in using my demo account (demo at dshield.org, userid 11111)
