[Dshieldannounce] majore hardware issues. Database down.

We do have major hardware issues (RAID 5 array with 2 bad disks). While 
someone is working on resolving this issue, the database is not available.
Functions like 'login' and report processing is currently not working.

If hardware has to be replaced, this may take until Tuesday to complete.

I appreciate everybodies patience.
