   I think it's better to stick with rss feed they provide 
(http://isc.sans.org/rssfeed.xml). Then you don't need any extra 
postings -- if there's something new in ISC diary, you get it and pay 
a visit or not. This is especially easy with Thunderbird and "RSS News 
& Blogs" account 
(http://kb.mozillazine.org/index.phtml?title=Thunderbird_:_FAQs_:_RSS_Basics).
   It's not that I think posting ISC diary is a bad thing, which I 
think is not. :)  It's just an alternative and elegant solution for 
you as a Thunderbird user. :)
