[Intrusions] referral on security audit

I need to find consultants or companies that can do a network an I.T. security audit.
I need someone that knows about Intranet production networks,  SCADA networks, wireless unlicensed and licensed band radios that are integrated in relation to Utility Companies.

I am basically looking for referrals for an RFP/RFQ.
