[Intrusions] stacheldraht question

Anyone know of a windows version of stacheldraht?  My IDS picked up an 
outbound "skillz" packet (four of them actually) from a machine in our 
ResNet.  The machine isn't up now, so I can't check it further, but the 
registration information indicates that the box is running XP.
