[Dshield] SANS going to proctored exams?

I don't really agree with this one. Much the same as I didn't with the
axing of the practical.

  According to some, certifications have an incredible ROI.  Of course it's now a PITA to take an examination, but compared to the overall benefit is it really a big deal?
