Hello, 

Than you to everyone that has commented on the issue of Dynamic IP address 
filtering.  They have been quite helpful in the developement of DynaStop. 

With the many concerns of site wide filtering in mind, I have made additions 
to DynaStop for procmail (and other inline filter) users.  This will allow 
individual users to filter without effecting the entire site. 

Comments/critiques greatly appreciated.
