[Dshield] Akamai and other net breakdowns?

We're seeing all sorts of failed sites and routes but on those sites 
we can get to that carry tech news (inclusing dshield) no reports 
which is weird. It seems widespread from our viewpoint.

Anyone seeing the same thing starting 17 Sept EDT afternoon.
