[Dshield] incrediappserver.dll

Anyone have any idea what incrediappserver.dll is?

I am seeing a lot of user's systems on several different clients trying to reference this dll via the web. All Google really shows when you query is a bunch of squid porxy logs.

I have not yet found it installed on any system, but I have seen attempts to download it or post to it that have all failed (thus far).
