[Dshield] incrediappserver.dll

My guess is that there is a machine in the network that has a updater on it
trying to update the other machines. I looked at the website that is
referenced in the Google search and it is down. Or perhaps, an update ran
and is a bad update.  See email from Jeff Lake.

And why would there be attempts to post to SOMEURL/incrediappserver.dll ?
