[Dshield] Couple quick DShield updates

Just a couple of quick updates. I will hopefully get around to send a  
more complete update e-mail first week of April.

- - We are about to bring a complete new set of servers (web server,  
database server) online. The main change will be that the database  
server is moving from "only" 16GB of memory to 32GB.
- - the server running this mailing list had "issues" the last couple  
days. I hope the sysadmin team got it worked out now.

- - Are you a researcher interested in a direct data feed from DShield?

data to researchers, but would like to formalize and streamline the  
process a bit to make it work better.
