[Dshield] Help with AOL contact

Does anyone have a contact number at AOL that I can call?

An employee at my place of work had their home burglarized along with a 
neighbor, and their laptop was stolen.  This was yesterday.
This morning, someone logged into her AOL IM account as her (likely a 
stored password), who would likely be the thief.
We'd like to contact AOL to see if they can give us the IP address since 
it may help lead to the perpetrator.

Any assistance or advice greatly appreciated!!
