[Dshield] Alternative Windows Client

   If you are currently not submitting any data to DShield, because you had difficulties installing our current windows client (aka "cvtwin"), please
consider testing a new client: http://sourceforge.net/projects/dshieldclient/ submitted by Jason Montgomery. It is currently in Beta. If you find any bugs, please report them via
the sourceforge bug tracker http://sourceforge.net/projects/dshieldclient/
