[Dshield] Approved spam/virus message

  I just went through the logs to figure out how that message got on  
the list. It looks like the message was approved by accident. Right  
now, the list is configured to only allow messages from subscribers.  
It looks like this filter was not working while that particular  
message was sent. Haven't figured out yet if this was due to a  
configuration error or bug.

  Typically, posts from non members are rejected automatically. This  
prevents accidents and keeps spam out of the admin interface.  
Otherwise, the admin interface can get quite cluttered with spam and  
it is easy to accidentally approve spam or reject a valid post.

  As an additional layer, posts from "mailer-daemon" are dropped as  
well.
