[Dshield] Honeypot documentation

Hi all,

I decided to give the honeypot alpha a whirl this evening. I've
encountered a couple of roadblocks.

1) The web-based installation instructions, under "Tarball," mentions
running misc/install.php. There is no misc directory or install.php
included in the tarball. I think the script being referred to here has
been moved to lib/config.php.

2) I consulted the INSTALL file in the tarball instead. Step 2 says to
edit templates/config.local with my DShield login and password. However,
the distribution config.local file contains a hash, not an actual
password. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to put here: I tried md5()'ing
my password, but the resulting string is too short.

Any hints?
