keypass is a free program written to address this issue.  Use one strong
password to AES encrypt its database and protect your other site passwords.
The definition of 'strong' depends on you.  Save to a removable media with
the program for portability and remove it from the machine for storage after
use.  Available for windows, linux and mac.
