[unisog] Recent increase in RIAA complaints

Our notices got to legal, then to the CIO, then to me.  I get them in
piles no matter how they arrive, so it's hard to see the patterns.  We've
seen an upswing in compromised systems running 'bots recently, which may
lead to more notices if we don't stomp them first.
