[unisog] Bogus DMCA complaints from ESA

Yes, we received two bogus notices yesterday just after noon, EDT, from the ESA.
Both were reports of eDonkey distributions of Grand Theft Auto, in the 4/24-5/1
timeframe. The IP addresses reported are unused. Is someone keeping a count? ;-)
