The Information Security Office unit of ITS at Yale University is  
seeking a Senior Information Security Officer

The position reports to the Director of the Information Security  
Office and is responsible for providing campus-wide support.

Example current projects involve software security design reviews and  
technical risk assessments --
as a result knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Unix/ 
Linux OS security are desirable.

Everyone on the team participates in incident detection/response,  
notification and resolution as well as off-hours on-call duty rotation.

This applicant will also be expected to possess or develop the skills  
to conduct technical risk consultations and security design reviews.

Occasional public speaking may be requested to support information  
security training and awareness events.

The salary range for the position is $66,000 - $105,600 annually,
