[unisog] cornell.edu blog being used for spam - and now virginia.edu as well

Please make a reasonable attempt to find appropriate contact information 
for the appropriate institution before making a request on-list.  Both 
Cornell University and the University of Virginia have incident 
reporting contacts listed on or within one link of the top Google hit 
for their respective institution names and the word 'security'.  Both 
also have abuse@ addresses listed on abuse.net.
