[unisog] cornell.edu blog being used for spam - and now virginia.edu as well

I know that most ISPs don't acknowledge having received the message, but not
a school, either?

I know that whenever I receive an abuse I acknowledge receipt, and try to
remember to e-mail back when it's been resolved. No details of course, but
at least the complainant knows action was taken.

Only if you have evidence that the problem has not been resolved. ;)

Most abuse organisations for ISP will not get back to you even if they
do fix the problems.
