[unisog] Force rotate windows logs using WMI.

Anybody has a script that will use WMI (local or remote) to connect to a 
Windows server and force rotate its logs.

Problem:
As windows Eventlogs are rotated only by size, it is not possible to know 
when they were rotated.
The idea is to push a line item intto the eventvwr log saying 
"***********Logs rotated at 24 July 2008 23:59 EDT ******** and then rotate 
them.

This is assuming snare or other relay logging agents are not on the windows 
servers.
