[unisog] Replace or Purchase Nessus?

Definitely worth it for me. We have to use eEye Retina and I simply
don't trust it. I need Nessus Direct Feed for double-checking
important scans. Nessus has already found 1 Critical vulnerability
Retina did not find. It took eEye exactly 40 days to add the signature.
