Use "debian_ssh_scan_v4.py" from : http://itsecurity.net/
You'll need the latest Paramiko module : http://www.lag.net/paramiko/

I use nmap to get a host list and feed that into the above. It takes 
~5min to do our /16 with ~5k hosts.
