We have provided guests access on a case-by-case basis through a shared key.
We are developing a more formal process where someone will sponsor a guest
and request a temporary guest account for open Internet access.
> 2. If so, does it have encryption of any kind setup?
We are using WPA/WPA2-PSK. It would be nice to not use a key to make the
process easier, but until it becomes too much of a headache, we're
encrypting stuff.
> 3. Do you use a third-party subscription service such as Boingo, or do
you have your own subscription service, or no subscription required?
Our wireless vendor, HP, has a guest management system that we are using.
Our NAC vendor, Bradford, also has a guest management option that we may
use. But like using encryption, it adds complexity.
