I someone is looking for a cheap solution for personal use, try
Kasparsky Anti Virus. They have a personal version for Linux for $50. It
will detect Windows Virus and they offer daily updates. You can make is
scan incomming email using the usual email scanner plugins (I have it
setup on a home mail server using qmailscanner).

They have a professional Linux version for $550 (it comes with better
mail server glue... ).

However, while email is the primary transmission method for malicious
code, it is not the only method. Keep a virus scanner on your windows
desktops installed and updated.

On a side note: Incidents.org is currently working on a 'virus version'
of dshield. If someone is interested to submit logs from corporate email
virus scanners, let me know.
