[Dshield] Adware? Trojan? Something Else?

After doing some searching, I found that port 4500 is for sae-urn. I've been
unable to determine just what exactly sae-urn really is however.

throughout the day and is always on port 4500.  That coupled with the
destination being NetZero makes it look like adware.  I have not been able
to find anything of interest regarding it on the web sites.  Anyone have an
idea of what this is?
