After doing some searching, I found that port 4500 is for sae-urn. I've been
unable to determine just what exactly sae-urn really is however.

> We are seeing traffic from one of our systems to port 4500/tcp on
safari.lax.netzero.net (188.8.131.52). It has occurred numerous times
throughout the day and is always on port 4500. That coupled with the
destination being NetZero makes it look like adware. I have not been able
to find anything of interest regarding it on the web sites. Anyone have an
idea of what this is?
