[Dshield] another concern??

well, and this is another message that Zonealarm probably shouldn't care about.
If you try to access a machine that is down, the last router ahead of it will
send this ICMP packet to tell you that the machine is down.

Nothing bad about this. Actually, a good thing (unless it is spoofed, in which
case there is not much you can do about it).
