This subkey adds the "Show Related Links" option to the "Tools" menu.
 Clicking on "Show Related Links" sends the current page URL to
Alexa.  Alexa generates a list of related pages and sends it back for
display in your Explorer Bar.  Since it appears that the URL gets
sent to Alexa in cleartext, you wouldn't want to go clicking "Show
Related Links" while you were doing your online checking...  Anything
in the current page's URL would be visible to snooping (passwords,
account #s, whatever).  I don't think this is really a problem, and I
know a few people who actually like the functionality.

Having this key in place does not do anything other than add the
functionality to the IE menu.  Nothing is sent or "spied on" until
you click the menu option.
