[Dshield] NT4.51?

Hello all,

This is in reference to the change of NT3.51 to NT3.5.1 and also some 
further info on NT4.51.

I believe Deb was questioning the change to *nix style version numbering, 
3.5.1 as opposed to 3.51. Which by the numbers, would make this an unstable 
version. Windows programs normally have their version/build numbers buried 
within the program. Example: Win98SE is version 4.10.2222 A.
