[dshield] [Dshield] OT: Dropping Domains

Yes I most certainly have and I am not looking for other companies to
provide me with this data, yet trying to figure out how I can do it myself.
Figured there would be someone on the list that would have an understanding
of how these other companies are gathering this data.
