Check out Akonix rogue aware.  They have a free trial you can try.  I've
used the free trial to just spot the use (not allowed) to stamp out machines
that are using it.

Does anyone know of any P2P or Messenger programs that use port 80?  (I seem
to remember testing kazaa and it did in the past) Is there anything other
than content filtering and packet shaping (Palisades) to counter?  Does
anomoly based IDS/IPS block these packets?  I believe there are snort
signatures for some P2P applications.
