He has a point, there are lots of websites out there encouraging lots of
things. That doesn't mean you have to block every net block owner on the
Internet. It's definitely an overreaction.

I'd say this is a knee-jerk reaction we should avoid.

An over-publicized, over-hyped website does not invoke the blocking of an
entire country. Be careful and cautious and make up your own mind, but
please, don't over-react. If the tables are ever turned, do you want a large
population blocking your net-block because some idiot made a website?
