[Dshield] AOL rejecting emails ?

Yes,

I think AOL believes that many spammers use connections that don't have
proper rDNS records.  Call your ISP and have them setup a block of
appropriate rDNS records for ieee.org and that should fix it.  Or perhaps
contact the postmaster at AOL, they might have an more accurate solution for
you:  postmaster at aol.com
