[Dshield] Symantec Enterprise Mail Security Errors

Apparently, Symantec is identifying a PGP attached signature as an
executable attachment. Some servers are bouncing signed mail. How
widespread this is I have no idea. As if MS Mail Server wasn't broken
enough, some nitwit made it worse.

The bounce messages produce an individual ID code. I have been unable to
find what I presume is some DB at Symantec.
