[Dshield] disabling messenger

Use notepad
Copy/paste this into it:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Messenger]
"Start"=dword:00000004

Then save it as something like stopmess.reg
Double click the new stopmess.reg file
Reboot
