CIDR: 126/8 = 126.0.0.0/8

So...
netmask = 255.0.0.0
Range would be 126.0.0.0 to 126.255.255.255

126/24 would be
126.0.0.0 255.255.255.0

and 126/32 would be a single host (126.0.0.0/255.255.255.255)
