[Dshield] IP Class C resolving to "localhost"

Just because some bozo is saying that 203.210.195.110 is localhost 
doesn't mean that it *is* localhost...

I could configure local DNS to say that one of my IP addresses is 
"www.microsoft.com." It still means nothing.
