At this point, all this is ancient history, and really remains in the
realm of speculation.

There is no substantive addition, here, to the information already
presented.

There is considerable reason to declare this particular topic
off-topic for this list, at this point in time and in the future.

Despite the fact that apparently one individual wants to return to
this topic, can this topic be declared "dead" on this list?
