Nuts.

Bank robbing has been illegal for - what? - hundreds of years, and it
hasn't put a stop to them.

Given that much of the alleged "illegal activity" is offshore, just
what is the Imperial United State's legal system going to do about it,
anyway?

This is a self-serving attempt to corner the market on all information
about vulnerablities and exploits, and make everyone go to Symnatec
and/or the rest of the "Patch Update Industry" for any help at all.

Just MHO, of course...
