[Dshield] Issues with latest round of Microsoft code patches

We rolled this patch out to about 10 IIS Servers (last Friday) and 60
workstations (Monday), many of which are also running IIS, and have had
no reported problems. I suspect that there could be more to this story
than you have heard.
