It looks to me an awful lot like you installed some kind of "pop-up 
blocker" at some time. All of the hostnames listed here appear to be 
pop-up servers...

Changing the local hosts file to include the hostname as 0.0.0.0 is a 
very old method of preventing certain pop-ups and advertising banners 
from loading in your browser.
