That transaction would only be reflective of an open smtp relay if
avictim received the test mail in question.
Many servers will give such an apparently positive result for a test and
/not/ relay the mail. A positive relay test is receiving the test
message, not seeing the transaction accepting the message.
None of the open relay testing organizations or databases go by the
transaction. They all require the receipt of the test message.
