Right. Published in May 2000 - over 5 years ago.

http://spoofer.csail.mit.edu/ - the Spoofer project estimates that
some 25% of the net is *still* spoofable.  And I believe those numbers to
be *low*, because there's a self-selecting "preaching to the choir" effect,
in that people who download their test client are more likely to be at
security-conscious sites that already DTRT....

Like I said - don't hold your breath....
