I found the greeting "Hi, did you patch your computer yet? If you  
don't and you get affected then I'm not going to help you but I / 
will/ laugh lots" to be quite effective. If they didn't know how to  
patch then they asked. It's a bit weird that people are more scared  
of being laughed at than having their system screwed up.
