[Dshield] unmoderating the list

I'm generally in favour of this but wonder:

  o What percent of list traffic gets rejected as spam / viruses / 
    out-of-office replies / other?

  o Is the list configured to strip out attachments? If not,
    can it be as a way of prevent automated virus mails?
