This is _so_ wrong on _so_ many levels, I don't know where to start. :D

Summary: Why do you think that the sound of your own wheels on a 
criminal truck with 64000 ports no-one is driving is driving someone 
else crazy, and should the Internet Service Providers give a damn about it?
