no no...nothing like that.  We are looking at a pure cost analysis(not
what pot of money is being used or accounting voodoo involved).  How
many FTE's for our project, cost of maintenance for HW/SW, projected
costs associated with implementing the COOP plan, etc.

My field is post-secondary ed. You need to be more specific than
"determine the costs involved at the two hosting sites." Does this
involve the 990 filing? Are you interested in apportionment or total
costs? Are there any Title IV accounting issues (FISAP filing)?
