[Dshield] isc strangeness...

I have the plugin stuck in at work and at home.  Work is a bit of a
(explicitive to power of massive explicitives inserted here ).  At
home, I havent had very many issues.  Most of the problems I did have
was resolved by reducing cache size for firefox down to a smaller
value.
