[Dshield] mailing list reorg

Speaking for myself I would rather not have more lists.
Have you thought about creating some kind of discussion forum? Like a
bulletin board system? You could create as many different areas that you
wanted to there. If it has a wide range of sections it might end up being a
really good place to share information.
